Generally not for regular support work. All our general day to day work is remote.  We do offer alignment meetings on site for larger scopes of work.  We can also attend strategic meetings and conduct training and presentations on site.

Every client is unique and requires differnent effort, even for the same tasks.  We conduct a scoping program to establish costs and resources for each client.

Costs for scoping only apply if we are required to attend on site. Remote program scoping is free of charge.

The majority of data storage remains on your existing data management infrastructure. Any additional data storage is stored in Australia on AWS and Azure secure servers.
